Scheduling decides the timescale of the project.
It is important that our clients feel comfortable that both deadlines and budgets will be met therefore
specific targets will be set on quoting, ordering, contruction start date and stage completions.
If the planning work required is completed by both the client and ourselves any project can be completed
in 12 weeks.
A typical project can be shown as follows
* Stage 1 Planning Meeting (usually 4 -5 hours minimum)
* Stage 2 Contract & Ordering Meeting (Targets are active)
* Stage 3 Designed House Ordered ( 10 weeks delivery )
* Stage 4 Site Clearence ( Up to 2 weeks )
* Stage 5 Fountations Complete ( Up to 2 weeks )
* Stage 6 Preparation for house arrival
* Stage 7 House Assembly & Roof Complete
* Stage 8 Renewable Energy Installation
* Stage 9 Snag List complete
* Stage 10 Final Completion Meeting
