Desktop Publishing
The rise in usage of desktop publishing recently has revolutionised the printing industry.
Today, more businesses are relying on desktop publishing to produce simple documents such as flyers, reports, and newsletters.
In the past, these projects were sent to a print shop. Currently, more projects are completed in-house. The technology is here and employers need people who know how to use it.
There are two main types of desktop publishing software.
1. Professional High level software
These
offer the greatest control over sophisticated graphic and typography. Another attribute of
professional software is that it focuses on getting documents ready for professional publication or commercial printing, as in a magazine or other professional project.
We offer courses in the top of professional applications such as Adobe illustrator and Photoshop.

2.
Mid-range software:
These
aren't meant for designing large projects, magazines or commercial Web sites -- rather, they're intended for small businesses and families
who want to execute simpler, smaller-scale projects,
they also tend to be much less expensive and also
have a less steeper learning curve.
Top selling software in this category is Microsoft Publisher, it typically costs approx € 100
Reviews say that Publisher has almost no learning curve, and since it has similarities to Microsoft's other Office applications, many users find themselves instantly familiar with Publisher's interface.
