Company Specific Training Courses
Many companies opt for training which is specifically designed for their needs and courses are run on an in-company basis. The advantages of company specific training is that course content can be tailored and customised to your specific requirements and will reflect the culture, practice and experiences of your company.
There are significant cost advantages associated with company specific training.
The stages for company specific training would generally include:
1. A Briefing Meeting
Here you can outline your needs and requirements. As experienced trainers, we will ask searching questions to determine the relevant issues.
2. Fieldwork
At this stage we conduct basic research which may involve meeting with staff and management to clarify our understanding.
3. Proposal
A detailed specifically prepared solution would at this stage be outlined in a proposal. The proposal would describe our approach, course content and detail, customized to your needs.
4. Pre-course Research
Prior to the training event extensive research is conducted to customise and personalise the course. Often meetings with course delegates and the completion of pre-course questionnaires act as a guide to finalise the content.
5. Training Event
A participative and interactive course would be presented either at a venue of your choosing or at our Training Centre.
6. Post-Course Discussion
An essential element of any training initiate is follow-up. This review meeting will present the issues and recommendations for the implementation of the course content.
