About the Programme
This Communication Skills Course is designed to raise self-awareness and improve communication skills. It gives clear guidelines for improving working relationships by developing new methods and styles of communication. It will give you the ability to understand others and build highly effective working relationships and to be able to present information in an understandable and interesting way. You will improve your listening skills and be able to use feedback positively.
